About Our Founder
For over 20 years Ann Arnold ran Lieberfarb, a leading U.S. based designer and manufacturer of bridal jewelry, where she most recently served as CEO.  She also serves as CFO of H. Arnold Wood Turning Inc., a premier supplier of quality wood products.  Ann earned her CPA working at Deloitte, and tends to approach most business challenges from a numbers perspective, while keeping core business goals and values in mind.  With proven strength in strategic planning, this industry veteran has the breadth of knowledge and the experience required to move companies forward in an increasingly competitive environment. Ann currently works with Buyers Intelligence Group and has created The BIG Network, an innovative and new way of doing business between retailers and their vendor partners. (www.bigjewelers.com)

Ann is the former president of the National Board of Directors of the Women’s Jewelry Association and currently the association’s President of the WJA Scholarship Fund Board. She is the Chair of the Manufacturers Jewelers and Suppliers of America (MJSA), sits on the executive board of the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) and  the treasurer of The Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation (TNBC) and is a member of the 24 Karat Club of New York.  She is also the recipient of the distinguished WJA Award for Excellence in Manufacturing and along with her father, Mark Schonwetter, has won two Platinum Innovation Awards for Design.
